This week I am going to go from fun festivities to dining with Dad. After all this is the weekend to celebrate our "Dads". Here are a few of my personal favorites.
What could be better than catching an afternoon Cubs game at Wrigley Field with Dad and throwing in a brunch at Harry Caray’s? It’s an All-Star Father’s Day Meal celebration at the Harry Caray’s Steakhouses. The menu will feature Dad favorites such as chops prime steaks and Italian dishes. The regular menu items will satisfy the kids. All Dads will be eligible for a chance to win a grill. Make your reservations today at the Rosemont or Chicago locations.
Can’t find Cubs tickets for a reasonable price? How about taking Dad to Navy Pier and treating him to music dancing and a fine meal out on the lake? Take in the sunshine by day and the beautiful lights at night. Chicago’s Odyssey Cruise Lines offers a Father’s Day brunch and dinner cruise. Call for reservations.
Last but not least for some all around family fun why not enjoy Father’s Day at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee. Dad can soak up the sun at Hurricane Harbor while Mom shops and the children enjoy all of the spectacular rides. Grab a good meal or two and a show as well.
